L-Shape Shower Bath Installation
In March 2023 we enlisted the services for Jake Richmond Bathrooms, to install our clients new bathroom in Weymouth.
As the room was quite small, our designer Sue had to ensure she maximised every bit of space available. This clever design features an inverted L-Shape shower bath. L-Shape Shower Baths are a popular solution for small bathrooms as they provide extra width at one end for showering. The common drawback for standard L-Shape baths is that the wider part of the bath takes up valuable floor space in the room.
The inverted bath we have used here, still provides the benefit of the extra showering space, but it keeps the outer edge of the L-Shape Shower Bath streamline for a cleaner look. For more information on the bath, please Click here
Our client selected Petra Gris Wall Tiles for the majority of the room and Kintay Gris Decors around the bath. The floor has been tiled with Lymington Anthracite wood effect tiles, providing a durable and easy clean finish.
For bathroom storage, we have installed Tyne Corner Unit in anthracite colour, which complements the tiles beautifully.
There was no need for storage baskets in this contemporary bathroom, as Jake Richmond and his team created customer ‘niches’ within the bath area, for storing all the shampoos and showering products.
