Description
Chatham Porcelain Ash – Herringbone Grey Wood Effect
Chatham is a grey wood effect tile which mimics the appearance of natural wood, and looks stunning in a herringbone layout, but can also be laid in a traditional plank formation. It provides a contemporary and stylish flooring option which is perfect for floors in bathrooms, hallways, kitchens, porches, and conservatories.
The herringbone pattern consists of rectangular tiles set at 90-degree angles to form a V-shape pattern. This layout creates a visually striking and timeless design often associated with classic and elegant interiors.
These tiles offer the aesthetic appeal of wood with the durability and ease of maintenance of porcelain, making them a popular choice for interior design projects. Porcelain wood effect tiles can be used in areas which real wood flooring cannot, such as bathroom floors. As they are made from porcelain and not wood, they are not going to swell, expand, contract, chip, or scratch.
Whilst these tiles are not tested as anti-slip, due the fact the tiles surface is textured with a wood like grain, they are more suitable on wet floors than a smooth shiny tile would be. The wood-like grain will provide a natural grip underfoot.
There is no need to suffer cold tiles with this range, as they are suitable for all types of electric underfloor heating. Incredibly versatile and growing in popularity, electric underfloor heating is an excellent alternative to water fed systems. We stock and supply a range of cable mats, loose cable and cable laying systems to suit all room installations. Couple this with room controls, installation materials and floor preparation and finishing compounds we are a one stop shop for electric underfloor heating.
Samples are available on request. Please note, as the tiles vary in shading, use the samples as a representation of the texture only.
