Phoenician Stone 48mm Tumbled Travertine Mosaic
Travertine, a derivative of Limestone, is a beautifully formed sedimentary rock. The natural pits and voids that feature on its surface give each tile a unique identity, while its warm, earthy tones will add a touch of glamour to any home.
Travertine is formed in rivers and hot springs and this beautiful natural stone is a compacted form of limestone. Travertine tiles are unique in their appearance and come in a variety of colours, usually light ivory through to dark browns and silver which is also in high demand. A fantastic material with a multitude of uses.
Important Information Regarding Natural Stone Tiles
All Natural Stone: Marble, Granite, Limestone, Travertine and Slate are all products of nature and as such, have what is commonly known as “natural stone variations”. This can include but is not limited to, colour, texture, sheen, veining, fissures, density, etc.
Due to these “variations” you must be aware that the products you receive will not be exactly the same from piece to piece. Each material will have different degrees of this variation. Some will be so minute that you cannot see it and others can be so drastic that they may not even look like the same material.
These materials are porous to varying degrees and while some are highly resistant to staining and scratching they are all subject to both.
Please keep this information in mind as you place your order because we cannot guarantee that your next order will match the previous one or that it will match any samples you may purchase.
New Image Tiles will not be held responsible for natural stone variation.
