Director
Having carried out some tiling jobs for the local builders’ merchants who employed him at the time, Steve realised he had a knack for tiling. He sold his car to buy a van and a set of tiling tools and began his tile-fixing business in 1989. Steve opened the Abbotsbury Road showroom in 1998 and gradually began to grow the business and import tiles from Spain and Italy. After many successful years selling tiles, Steve realised the need to increase the showroom and storage space, so moved the business to the large, two-story premises we are in today.
Steve is married with six grown-up children and seven grandchildren. His hobbies include golf, skiing, paddle boarding, and swimming in the sea!

General Manager
Kerrie's journey with New Image is a testament to her unwavering dedication and passion for the tile industry. Having started her career in hospitality after leaving school, Kerrie's transition to the company in 2009 marked a significant turning point in her professional life. From the moment she joined, it was evident that she had found her calling in the tile industry. As one of the few members who moved across from the Abbotsbury Road store to the large purpose-built premises we are in today, Kerrie has navigated the company through expansion (a team of 5 to a team of 11), full refurbishments, a rebrand and new websites.
Kerrie has two children, Alfie and Thomas, and spends her free time as a volunteer dog walker for the Cinnamon Trust.

Design Consultant
Steven brings to the team a keen eye for detail and a passion for design in all forms. With over a decade of experience in the design industry, Steven has worked as an interior designer, project lead and manager of an international awards program for interiors and architecture. Steven's customer service has been shaped by working with British legacy brands, including The Natural History Museum of London and Heal's.
Steven lives with his husband and a very grumpy cat. In his spare time, he enjoys swimming, photography, paddleboarding and creating terrariums.

Delivery Driver
Craig is responsible for delivering our tiles, kitchens and bathroom products to the Weymouth and wider Dorset area. He also works in our warehouse liaising with trade customers, managing stock and packing online orders. Craig is known for his friendly demeanour and sense of humour! During his time at New Image, Craig has built up an excellent rapport with our returning customers.
In his spare time Craig can be found spending time with his young son, exercising, gaming or eating!
