Tiles Buyers Guide

1. Showroom visit

The very best place to start is our inspirational showroom so you can browse our tiling displays. One of our experienced team will show you our extensive collection and discuss with you exactly what you want to achieve in your new room.

Sometimes you don’t really know what you want until you see it, that’s why we have 20 room sized and fully tiled displays, with something to suit every taste and budget. We’ll show you a range of sizes, finishes and styles.

We can also suggest complimentary grout colours and the correct adhesive for the job.

Before visiting, it’s recommended that you take accurate measurements – please take into account window and allow for breakage and waste.

2. Home visit & measue

If you’d prefer that we measure for you, we can arrange a home visit on a time and day to suit you.

During our home visit, one of our experienced team will measure the area to be tiled so that you know how many square metres of tiles will be required. We can also measure up for electric underfloor heating if you would like.

Once this stage is complete, a comprehensive quotation can be provided, to include tiles, heating and fixing materials if required.

We can also arrange fitting for you if needed by one of our approved installers.

3. Finalise quote & place order

If you are happy with our quotation all you need to do is pay a deposit and let us do the rest. If we have stock of your chosen tiles you can take them home with you or we can arrange delivery by our team.

If your range is a special order product line, we will need to place an order and await delivery. This can take a couple of days or longer depending on the manufacturer.

We will give you an indication of timescale at the time of order and will keep you up to date as and when we know more about when the tiles arrive.

4. After sales support

We are committed to offering excellent customer service even after a project is finished, so please feel free to get in touch if you have any questions after your tiles have been delivered. We’re also happy to offer advice on the maintenance and upkeep of any products you buy.
